Natural alternatives to skin care products  
Skin should be treated delicately but the irony is that skin product are loaded with harsh chemicals. These chemicals can adversely affect our skin, therefore, we should limit the overuse of chemically loaded skincare products and switch to natural skincare. Here is some of the natural alternative for basic skin care products.

Face cleansers: – Skincare products are loaded with a chemical which can do more harm than good for skin. The milk and honey are the perfect alternatives for store bought cleansers. Just mix 1 part of honey and 2 parts for milk.Now apply this minute on your face and rinse it off. Honey is gentle cleanser milk has lactic acid which exfoliates the skin gently.

Toner: - Toner helps in proper cleansing of the face and it also closes the open pores.The toners which are available in the market are usually alcohol based and are full of chemical. Instead of chemical toners mix apple cider vinegar and distilled water in 1:3 ratio. Use a cotton ball to apply this mixture. The apple cider vinegar is a good source of AHA which is helpful in maintaining the Ph balance of the skin.
 
Moisturizer: - To make a moisturizer at home, just mix almond oil, aloe Vera gel and vitamin E oil in 2:4:1 ratio. Almond oil is moisturizing and has anti-aging benefits; all over gel is loaded with antioxidants whereas vitamin E oil helps in skin renewal process.
 
Hair Spray: - If we talk about hair spray, hair sprays have many chemicals which not only affects your hairs but your lungs and skin too.Therefore a natural substitute mixing lemon with few glass of water in a spray bottle is a good idea. You need to refrigerate this mixture.
